[+] How do you bond the cards?
After printing the text and graphics, the materials are cut down to their finished size. The cards are stacked onto a padding press and compressed, giving a tight space between each card. They are then painted using a brayer roller, cropped with a cutter after being firmly bonded with industry-standard bonding. The cards are boarded together to essentially create a denser board (that can go as high as 76PT! Ask your Designer for details). The finished effect gives a glamorous style to your cards, helping them stand out from the crowd. Our cards can even paint the edges with foils and metallic colors. These colorful additions make your cards incredible, with a luxurious look and finish.
