How does the order process work?
The process starts with a quoted estimate including design costs, shipping, discounts, etc. which is approved. You then receive an artwork proof that will show the appearance of the ordered product(s) when placing full payment or a 50% down payment. You as the client will need to review the artwork layout and provide your approval or the necessary edits. Approval of these documents, along with final payment, will confirm the order for production in the case of printed products. Digital jobs are completed upon final payment and final delivery of services.
How long does it take for the order to be fulfilled?
Every job is unique, so every timeline is different. Schedules change throughout the year, with summer being especially busy. Tell us when your deadline is, if you need your order fulfilled before a specific date, contact us as early as possible to help us serve you better. For production jobs, even in our busiest times, we strive to complete the timeline in 7-10 days.
How does shipping work?
For physical orders, print marketing, and delivered items, shipping and handling charges are calculated separately or will be added to your invoice.
How do I place a reorder?
Reordering is simple. Send us a message with your previous order details and mention you are requesting a reorder. That’s it! You will still receive an artwork proof along with your confirmation of payment to ensure that no details need changing. Please contact if you have any questions or need assistance.
What is an artwork proof?
An artwork proof is the final artwork draft. This draft can be mended with revisions and provide various design concept prototypes for review and discussion.
How do I get an estimate?
Any contact button on this website, as well as directly from each product or service page, can be used to request an estimate.
How do I confirm an order?
After you have reviewed the price quote provided to you, you confirm your order via PO, or credit card authorization with a signed and returned quote, or submit payment via 3rd party (Paypal).
What payment methods do you take?
Purchase order payments should occur via ACH direct deposit within the net 30-day terms we offer established clients. Payment by credit card is accepted and must happen at the time of placing an order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Other digital forms of payment accepted are Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal.
