Brotherly Claims set out to create a totally new kind of public adjusting firm and insurance claims handling experience—one designed with people at the center. As the company grew, expanding into new cities and increasing their services, the visual identity became complex, difficult to use, and failed to reflect the premium experience of the brand.
SOLUTION
We worked collaboratively with the internal team to rebuild Brotherly Claims’ identity system from the ground up with all channels and outlets in mind. The owner had only one request—keep the original crown.
Beginning with an extensive brand audit and competitive analysis, we identified the key equities in the existing identity and opportunities for expansion. With their Brand Style Guide (or Graphic Style Manual), Brotherly Claims’ team can implement these guidelines to become even stronger brand ambassadors.
Each element of the identity was then aligned with the company’s focus of delivering people-centered care. Custom digital presence, branded documents, social media graphics, and printed collateral all designed with a human focus.
